Technically I was in Semaphore Park when I took this 180 degree panorama. It includes West Lakes and West Lakes Shore.
To the left is the Port Misery memorial which was the old name for Port Adelaide. The water was very flat, a fine day with little wind. A fisherman is in a kayak right in the middle. It had been raining so the grass is very green I would have preferred taking the picture a few hours earlier so there wouldn't have been so much sun glare. While taking the images I thought it might not turn out well due to way the stitching mode works. The first shot will have the same settings as every other shot so I thought the sun would totally ruin it. Images taken on 12/05/2007 |
